Obituary for Wanda Talley
Wanda Gail Talley, 57, of Palatka, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Kindred Hospital North Florida in Green Cove Springs. A native of Mobile, Alabama, Wanda resided in Putnam County since 2005 coming from Jacksonville. She worked for 15 years in the auto parts industry with Parts and Equipment in Tampa. Wanda enjoyed the companionship of her dog “Gracie”.
She was preceded in death by her father, Glen Brown and a brother, Francis L. “Jr” Cooley, Jr.
She is survived by a son, Ricky Glen Brown, a daughter, Lisa K. Talley, both of Brooksville, her mother and step-father, Jewel Goodwin Cooley and Francis L. Cooley of San Mateo, 3 sisters, Patricia Underwood of Interlachen, Donna Bennett and husband Randall of Jacksonville and Fran Alford and husband Steve of San Mateo, 2 brothers, Daniel Brown and wife Candi of Tampa and Tommy Brown of Jacksonville and 6 grandchildren, Ricky Glen Brown, Jr, Shyann Talley, Payten Hare, Ellie Brown, Jesse Brown and Trinity Brown.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Pastor Louis Tremblay officiating.
