MARGARET RANIERO 

Margaret Raniero, 92 of Palatka, passed away, Monday, January 05, 2009 at Putnam Community Medical Center following a short illness.  She was a native of Allendale, NJ and resided in Crescent City from 1973 until 1991 when she moved to Palatka.  She was a homemaker and a member of The New Philadelphia Ministries. 

She is survived by a son, Gustave DeBree, Jr. and his wife, Dell of Crescent City, 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Pat and Chett Osmond of Oviedo, Shirley and Robert Johnson of Palatka and Margaret and Tom Priestley of Montgomery, TX, 13 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, January 8, 2009 at Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in Palatka.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in Palatka.

It was my privilege and honor to have met Ms. Raniero. I was her Occupational Therapist for home care and very much enjoyed getting to know her and her family. I know that you will miss her very much. My prayers are with you. Terri Bowling
